Do I have to order over WhatsApp?
No. Orders are placed and paid for on the site — that is the whole point of the storefront. WhatsApp is there for questions, warranty and delivery updates.
Is the stock actually here?
Yes. Everything listed sits on our shelf in Trinidad. If something sells out we take it off the site rather than take your money for a shipment.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the order. In Trinidad it is $35 TTD under $500, $30 TTD from $500, and free over $1,000. To Tobago it is $50 TTD under $500, $35 TTD from $500, and free over $1,000. Paid by card, Linx, WiPay or bank transfer with your order.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days in Trinidad, with next-day delivery available on most orders. 2–4 working days to Tobago depending on the sailing.
What does the warranty cover?
Every appliance carries a 2-month GadgetBay warranty from the day it reaches you. If it fails in that window, bring it back to us and we sort it out here — no overseas form, no shipping it away.
